Great food, great service! Grilled vegetables- delicious; hamburger and fries- also great! Plus the non-alcoholic mojito was wonderfully refreshing.

Service is extremely bad. The waitress appeared to have an attitude when i asked where is there an available seat. The Service Industry in Ukraine is very bad. The entire industry needs serious retraining. After two years i find it very unlikely or difficult to find good service. People complain about work and then when companies give them the opportunity to work they don't want to, they only want a free check. The interior and design is superb though, that is as least one good thing. I am unable to comment on the food sense I decided to leave the establishment after sensing the attitude.

Alright, so I was in Kryvyy Rig on a business trip. Came here only on recommendation that the best Guinness is served here. The Guinness is supposed to be so good here, that you can't find a better one in Kyiv. And I came here all the way from Kyiv. So, I ordered Guinness and was anticipating its arrival with my hopes up. Well, it was a disappointment. The Guinness I sampled, the same way it was in the rest of the places I tasted it previously, was clearly old and has gone flat. It wasn't cold enough either. It fact neither of the beers that I offered was cold enough. Besides, it took the waiters forever to bring the drinks to our table. On the upper note, the prices are real friendly. The food tastes real good and the atmosphere is real nice. I had a meal and three drinks for the grand total of UAH 300, which is close to EUR 10. You guys lost one star on the drinks.

I went for the second time to Soot & Eggplant with my grandson. Both times we had very pleasant times. Or waiter was very attentive, service was quick, the freshness of the food was excellent. This is becoming my favorite Kryvyi Rih eatery.

Very nice. Meat is excellent. The best BBQ pork ribs I have ever eaten. Steak is also wonderful

Not that much of verity, the only good dish that I tried was the (kebab) very juicy tender, and the sauce is excellent remind s me of a home made kebab. Away from this I would really recommend the (tiramisu) it was sweet with some real coffee flavor. The prices are okay 👌 not too expensive but also not cheap bare in mind you are in Ukraine not in some fancy western European restaurant. The food get served quick enough, quite ish place to a certain extend, bad taste of music though for those who likes to listen to music while they are eating, overall I would recommend it for certain dishes not for all. But again. It's not as bad as u would think so I would give it 3 out of 5.
