This restaurant needs a surprise inspection in my opinion. Food was cold and none of it tasted good or right!! Complete waste of $60!! I tried to get a refund from DoorDash and was offered $12 which does not come anywhere close to covering our order that was thrown away. And when you call the number that they tell you to call when leaving a review it tells you to contact the store manager so what is the point in telling us to call that number? I get no one wants to work at a fast food place but u guys are in need of some workers after sitting at one of the booths to order and pressing our button we where told we are only taking drive thru orders so us sitting there looking at the menu taking our time now we have to go to the back of the line that has accumulated because no one wanted to put a sign out at least stating drive-thru only anyways after going thru the line and ordering we asked for 2 double quarter pounder and a combo meal our combo meal was fine but we where charged for double quarter pounders but just got regular cheeseburgers like WTH I hate that it's almost required now to check your food before leaving any establishment.. I called on the speaker to report that I ordered tater tots but not the French fries. She hung app with out saying sorry or anything else. Then I got. The tater tots and the server. Said he wanted the french fries back which I gave to him. Were they going to give them to someone else? Just now. They were very short-handed, and it was super busy. However, the 3 employees that were there did an outstanding job at making it run as smoothly as possible. The food was hot and very good. I am from Oklahoma, the birth place of Sonic. And to have food that was just like back home, well, it was being back in Shawnee Oklahoma again. Road in our motorcycles and was hungry. We pulled in parked and walk up on patio. We push the button to order and wait like 5 minutes. Persons comes on speaker says drive thru only !! I tell them we are on motorcycles and want to sit and eat can we order? They say come to the drive thru . Don't recommend this place at all just because of the staff being rude and not taking our order. They wasn't even busy!!!! Wish it would let me give no stars don't deserve them !!!!!!

Update: the store manager got in touch with me we spoke. He is going to make things right. I sincerely hope that his new staff will continue to help his establishment for the best. Normally this sonic is good, I drove 30min to eat there then had wait 30min for my order, when I got it, it was cold.....calling for reimbursement tomorrow there was only one car hop she stayed busy. I used to love this place and we use to come quite often since we live close by. I order a combo with fries and for my surprise after I eat some of my fries I grab one that was one that was covered in MOLD!!!!!! At first I thought it was a green fried or maybe was burn, but no it was actual mold….Tbh I don’t even know how to feel about this I’m shock about the fact they are selling food that has gone bad.. Sonic is such a fun place to hang out and eat. I was impressed with the mozzarella sticks, they weren’t like many other places who’s mozzarella sticks are subpar or overcooked. The chili cheese fries were amazing but came in a fairly small portion size. The sweet tea was probably the best sweet tea I have had from any fast food restaurant and don’t even get me started on the ice. It's been two hours and we’re still drinking our 44 ounce Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
