We parked pressed the button to order and they never took our order. We got in line to order and there were 6 cars in front of us and it never moved in about 6 minutes. Over all bad experience. We just left and went elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Super slow service, when you go late at night they use old tots and fries and do not make your order fresh. The general manager is not helpful at all when you have a problem and tends to treat customers badly. The employees gather here on the weekend and blast their music and rev their engines causing a disturbance to the surrounding area and making it difficult to place your order with all the noise. One of the worst Sonics that I have visited. After driving over 500 miles we stopped here for a late dinner. Sat in our car waiting for service, 12 minutes later was told to use the drive thru. Ordering took forever with only 1 car ahead of us. They had 5 employees inside who seemed to be joking around doing nothing. Delivered 2 wrong orders to us before receiving the correct order. UPDATE 11/23: Still good chicken strips. They forgot the gravy. UPDATE 3/2023: Got the chicken strips again and they were perfect! And it came with white gravy! Service was fast and friendly. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Ordered a 3 piece chicken strip dinner, the 3rd piece of chicken was dried out, severely overcooked, and inedible. Chicken sandwich was also overcooked and dry. Lemonade tasted old.
