Ordered on the app so the order would not be wrong. The app advises that once the order is placed there is no refund. Not Once, Twice, or even 3 times was the order correct. On the 4th time I just took my food and left as it was VERY OBVIOUS they were NOT going to get it right. Been ordering the SAME identical order for a couple years now. They just can NOT seem to get it right!!! UPDATE: December 2023/January 2024 I get out of work late now. Sometimes I arrive here 5 to 10 minutes til close and they have been helping me with NO fuss.
