Recently went after a day at Dollywood. The wait time to order is wild. As many comments that there are about the wait times to order,I'm convinced they do this in hopes you will give up and drive away. Very rude person on the speaker. Cut us off before finishing our order. Onion rings were an inedible mushy mess. Mozzarella sticks were cold inside. All fries were cold. Just don't go here. Too many choices on the Parkway. This place is terrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a chocolate milkshake. Tasted like motor oil and like they scraped old chocolate out from under the grill. Also like it was just whipped cream too. Saying this in a nice way. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

This wasn't the best place in the past for fast food in pigeon forge. I was pleasantly surprised today though, when I had 4 pickup orders for coworkers and my own order to place. Zoe gave special attention & thoughtfulness by making sure each order had the names with the bags, even had it with each person's drink! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Super sweet employee!! Very polite when taken my large family’s order. She asked us to give them a few moments while they prepare the food!! Of course we replied, no problem because it will be good & fresh. This was a late night 11:17pm snack order. I’m grateful they’re open and sooo kind!! Great job Sonic! Went here and I thought it took a bit long as we only ordered drinks. My card declined. 2nd card also declined. Not sure why but I think it was their system. Disappointing experience. Drove up to their patio seating and planned our order before hitting the call button. Was told they are drive thru only. The entire point of Sonic is the drive-in atmosphere. Property was tired and not maintained well. A bit strange being in a high traffic tourist location. Food was alright. Tots were great and my wife’s food was decent. My coney was pathetic. I think they drizzled the last bit of chili on it but it was barely enough to stain the bun. Overall disappointing.
