I don’t understand how this is acceptable to serve for a child’s meal the grilled cheese looks absolutely disgusting and uneatable and the fries are clearly very old and hard as a rock

This review is for sonic in buckeye az. Just don't go. This used to be one of our favorites but sadly we won't go anymore. First we parked and tried to order but nobody would ever answer the intercom so we got in the drive-thru line which was incredibly slow moving. As a former sonic employee i was appalled at this service. Brandon was one of the rudest carhops ive ever met and he forgot my drink 3 times. For reference i ordered a mozzarella stick and a medium grape slush. I had to go to the door and actually speak to someone to get my slush. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not for me . There machine or somone inside put the wrong order on the scree and I ended up paying for there meal and mine when they left they did not care at all . The wait is around 30min or less. The drinks they make aren't well made . To many young employees they carry lots of rude looks and comments or they need a better Manger they need more training. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The last 2 times being here my order was brought to me incorrect. I'm not sure if the employees were having an off day or just wasn't listening...I don't know...but 1 time I gave my order face to face with an employee & the order was still wrong.
