For a sonic, the experience is pretty decent there. I strongly advise people to use the app as drinks and slushes are half off all day and there are many good deals available on there as well. As usual,, ordering a x-rated thick shake and what they brought me was so thin it poured all over the truck after the LOOSE lid came off.. got it out the door and in trash can .. dummies couldn't even understand my complaints! Thank you for allowing MULTIPLE people to be harassed. Like it makes me feel so welcome there! Oh and not to mention the GM, Kaitlyn Vandever, knows about it! Such a great work ethic to allow someone to harass other employees not to mention verbally assault not only the men, but the women!! Amazing team work guys! Big kiddos for excellent customer service! I waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes for my strawberry limeade. When I got to the window the nice young lady gave me my drink for free and apologized for my wait. I will be back to order a meal as a thank you for treating me so respectfully! This rating is specifically for my last order pickup on 1-14-23 at about 1240. This location has use drive thru for pickup listed on the dasher app(this info is set by each store), typically I use a stall if drive thru is busy. A few months ago I asked the employees which they prefer and I was told please use a stall or drive thru for this location and they ask that we do not come inside. I show up today and the guy told me to come inside. I did and then asked if they wanted us to do this now. Without a second thought he went straight to arguing with me and said they never want us to use drive thru or a stall we always have to come inside at this location and they have always wanted us to. Amazing place to dine out or pick up. Food always hot. Wait is always short. Team is always polite and kind hearted. Good people better food. Would eat here every day if I didn't mind getting fat.
