I ordered through Grubhub and I have never had an order missing so many items.
First of all, the food is extremely overpriced. A small side of corn pudding is $6 and a side of sweet potato fries is almost $9.
I ordered a pound of pulled pork and only got 7.7 ounces. I wouldn’t have even weighed it if I didn’t think a substantial amount was missing. Next, I was supposed to get 3 brioche buns. I got none. There was also no BBQ sauce included, which they even charge extra for. Finally, my order of onion rings was missing.
Also the amount of pulled pork that I did get was extremely dry, which I’m sure is usually masked by the bbq sauce I was supposed to get.

Texas Twinkie was the best thing I've eaten in a long time. Wished I'd ordered 3. Ribs sadly were more like jerky but the rub was tasty. Cheese curds were good and everything was delivered hot.

As a Texan, I’ve had a lot of BBQ, and I genuinely believe this is some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. It can match up to any BBQ joint in Texas.
I didn’t know that to expect with the sweet tea turkey but it was excellent. The Texas Twinkie was amazing and had a huge kick to it too. The corn pudding was my favorite though. We live in DC but will definitely come back to Winchester just for this.

If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and come to Hog It Up. You won’t regret it.
This place describes itself as Texas BBQ, but it’s far better than anything I’ve ever had in Texas. Everything they serve is phenomenal, but I’m have to give a special shoutout to their corn pudding and Texas Twinkie (jalapeño popper with brisket that’s wrapped in bacon and covered in the most delicious homemade bourbon bbq sauce.)
On top of the food being out of this world, the service is top notch. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and even the owner came by to talk to us for a bit.
I’m from out of town, but I would come back to Winchester just to have this bbq again.
