Not sure why this Smoothie King has a low rating. I've been to many smoothie kings over the years, every time I come to this one it's very clean, the smoothies and bowls are good and the customer service is great.! The smoothies are good, but every time I get one there are clumps in it... therefore I have to request that they please leave it in the blender a little longer please... Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Cashier needs to review the customer service module. Plenty reasons why folks use there phones to communicate. Check yourself when dealing with cutomers or take yourself off the floor. Was impressed with the managers attempt in redirecting her. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Service: 1
