I know a saying “ do a good job and 10 people will know , do a bad job and 100 people will know … with that being said I hope this reaches more then 10 people but I have to give this review to MARIAH I usually go in at different times but every time I do MARIAH always comes out with an amazing attitude, great service when it comes to my complicated order , just all around BEST SERVICE , If management is seeing this , she definitely deserve a raise for the all around great personality and service . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The go go goji crunch bowl is amazing. When it's hot outside like it was this past summer, I'm not one to eat lunch, and then have to be outside, the go go goji crunch solved that problem, I was able to eat something cold and healthy and get back to work TOTALLY AWESOME. Went for the first time today, Desiree' took my order and was very polite and knowledgeable. I will go back to order from her again.

Great service
I needed to find a place that would make somewhat of an immunity blend, to help support getting through an illness. There are several options for smoothies in Jefferson Mid-County, South East Texas. After looking at several online options, and remembering orders from the past, I decided to give Smoothie King a try, here in Nederland, Texas. It was pretty simple to just go through the drive thru. I did have something in mind, but asked advice, and was rewarded with two good options to do. So I ordered both options. The staff was friendly and informative. It is really easy to navigate the parking lot to get to the business. Once I'm thru with this health challenge, I will be looking at their cold smoothie coffee options! Thank you!
I went to order from drive thru at 1/21/23 845pm. the lady rudely said they took the last customer, which was a white f150. i moved out the way, another vehicle, a grey suv, pulled up and was allowed to order even though the woman said that was the last order when she was talking to me. poor customer service and favoritism. shameful. reporting to manager and corporate
Previous experiences have been good. But today and last time smoothies. We're chunky and not being made right. I always get vegan mango kale. I'm assuming these are new employees that need to be trained better on certain smoothie recipes.
I called in as usual on the weekend, to get ahead and don't have to wait so long, this time I was asked for my credit card number and I have never been asked before, Julio, I guess is his name, failed to asked if I had rewards, he was too quick to charge my card before I can even say, I have rewards, it was only less than 5 minutes between the call and my arrival; he over charged me, said he fixed the problem, , was I there 13 minutes and late for work, I looked at my account and not just 1 transaction but 2 pending, upon calling, Julio became argumentive with me and said I should have told him first about my rewards, when I wasn't given the chance nor did he ask, I asked about a manager on duty and never got a direct answer. I didn't buy my smoothie in Beaumont where I had to work because the last time I got a smoothie from the Phelan location, they messed up the order twice, so I get it on the way, an actually I go miles out of the way to that location, I'm at a smoothie king 2 or 3 times a week, and lately customer service and training abilities of employees have been inefficient, young people don't listen, and never should they become argumentative with the customer, and not to have a manager on duty is a problem, especially when your employees aren't trained properly..
