We waited at the outside bar for 10+ minutes and the woman with the dark hair and glasses did not serve us. I called out, “can we order?” but she cashed out another guest and brought back his card and still did not serve us. We have been here numerous times and she is not assertive. She had 6 people at the bar but gave us menus but she still ignored us. We decided to come in and had amazing service!! Shannon is new and was an absolute delight! She was so nice and attentive. The food came out quick and she is so sweet! She’s got an accent and is very friendly! We had an amazing dinner with her!

I've been here several times and was always taken care of until today. The bartender just doesn't care about service. To the owners, the food is solid but I've been there 10 times and was able to walk up and take a table and the servers took care of me. Today I get told I need to go to see a host inside. I didn't even know there was an inside because it looks like an outside bar and grill and I saw no signs that directed you to a host. It rubbed me the wrong way so I left, when I had really started to like the place. I know bartenders can be temperamental but it would have been real simple to take care of me and go communicate internally. If I had seen signs telling me to go see a host I would have but after 10 times of simply walking up and taking a seat and getting service it struck me as nothing but lazy and not caring whether I ate there or not. Loved our dinner here the other night. The brisket burnt ends were so yum. We had the brisket and the pulled pork and both were really good. Big servings and great service. First visit here. Asked to sit outside because inside smelled musty. Outside seating had several tv’s and a bar. The guy at the front who seated us was so nice! Our waitress was nice but not as attentive. 1/2 chicken was okay. would be so much better if it was smoked so it lacked flavor. The BBQ sauces were good. Garlic mashed potatoes had no garlic flavor. Same for the garlic toast. It just tastes like buttered toast. The corn on the cob tastes like water. My daughter LOVED the kid’s Mac and cheese. Their waffle cut fries are good and crispy. Biggest darn Baby Back ribs I've ever seen. Sooooo good. Meat was perfect. Came off the bone with little effort. (What smoked meat should be.) Great selection of bbq sauces. Mike the Bartender at the outside bar is great. Stop in. You will not be disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
