I had the pleasure of trying the amazing food at Skonių Svetainė! The flavors were absolutely incredible. I was tasting fish and it was amazing! The presentation was as impressive as the taste, and the ingredients were fresh and high-quality. The attentive and friendly staff added to the overall dining experience. A place with a menu entraped in the 90s, your classic old timers bulviniai blynai, cepeliniai, and troškinys, some extra dishes for people with a higher dietary expections, just one waiter while we were there, so you gotta have to wait, prices slightly higher than average, but expected from a poilsio miestas. It was wonderful to have such delicious food. We have toured many countries now and so far the best portion of this trip was found here. If we ever come to these regions again, we will definitely come again. The dessert was also good and the children's portion was a good size and tasted like real chicken nuggets, not frozen ones. So so so so tasty! We actually went twice in the same week. We were so hungey, i forgot to take pictures, which was a real shame, cause everything looks awesome. I have the ribs which were almost the best I ever had, The kids had chicken nuggets (i guess it was good since they kept ordering them) and also shrimp salad which was really good and pasta. We had some soup, chicken breast and some cooked cow meat that was just okay. Desserts were fine but non wow. They have excellent coffee!!! Service was really great but no english. All and all, go. Nice place with great service. Squid rings, although not really rings tasted amazing, same with the vanilla milkshake I ordered. The fries were also nice, but the burger was nothing special.

Restaurant is small, but cozy. The waiting time was not so fast, but you are going to the restaurant not to eat as at bistro. We waited for cheese balls for about 15 mins after our order was taken. Pizzas did not rush and they came after maybe 10 minutes after we ate the cheese balls. The cheeze balls contains chill peppers, and they are a little bit hot. The pizzas are SUPERB! They are close to Italian. The chilly oil could be spicier but that takes time. The waiter Edvinas knows the menu well, and knows how to serve the people! 6 stars out of 5! Nice menu selection, good location, cozy interior, outdoor terrace. However, it took more than an hour to bring our main dishes, and more than 30 mins for starters. So, don't expect quick service.

Amazing food and very cozy atmosphere. And they have some nice local dark craft beer. The place is really small so on Saturday evening we had to wait for about 10 minutes at the bar for someone to leave..but it was 200% worth it! Portions are quite big, no chance to have a dessert if you've had a snack and then some main :) but the ones I saw being served looked gorgeous.
