This is our favorite Mexican restaurant, visiting almost once a week. The food is consistently good, great chips and salsa. Alex, Carlos, Lydia and the rest of the gang always make us feel welcomed. Can't forget the margaritas, best around!

This place is awesome!!!! Stopped by on the way to Wilmington NC. First of all, the staff was amazing! Friendly and welcoming! Food was great! Seriously the best Mexican food I have ever had! Margherita the best ever! Not too tart, not too sweet, really perfect! Creamy, if you can imagine. Don't know what their secret is but I would love to have the recipe! But he wouldn't give it up! Lol! All I can say....if you get the chance, stop by and enjoy! I know we'll be back next time we're near here. Thanks so much guys!!!!! Really loved everything about this awesome little Mexican restaurant. I would give a 10 star if I could. Thanks again! Now. The salsa tastes very smokey. They credited us back for my husband's food because it was burnt. I asked for a spicy margarita and was informed they didn't make those. We love the Elgin San Jose location and order atleast once per week..our favorite is their Chori Pollo & cheesy rice, chips & salsa, & a side of their chipotle sauce. The staff is always very welcoming & kind & the establishment is very clean. The outdoor patio is perfect for dinner & margaritas with friends or family & the outdoor lighting along with the wrought iron tables & chairs is aesthetically pleasing & inviting.
