Just at at Samurai and we always have extraordinary service! Cesar and the other staff members are always so welcoming and attentive to us. The food is delish and our fave go to spot. One time I forgot our food and Cesar ran out after us to make sure we didn’t forget it. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hostess was nice and sat us right away. We sat there for a good 7 plus mins which would be no biggie if there wasn't workers just sitting around everywhere. We came just before 230pm so by the time Caeser got to our table it was to late to order lunch. Asked for NO dressing on my salad and yum yum sauce on the side. The Whole salad drenched in dressing. Daughter got sushi and we had to ask for soy sauce and he yelled at the cook to get it for us. Asked for no mushrooms in the veggies and there were mushrooms, the cook was nice and tried to pick most of them out. We had to get up and look for someone to get us refills. The server never once came and asked us how anything was or if we needed anything. He did come back immediately to pick up the check and then had someone else drop it off. No one said thank you and several people standing around the bar. What happened to this place???? Service Dine in Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
