I’m rating this business one-star because of poor customer service from the owner. We ordered a pizza and when we opened the box the toppings had slid to one side with a bunch even being off the pizza completely. My family doesn’t like the toppings I order so it’s not like we could salvage it so I called the restaurant. The owner gets on the phone and essentially tells me the only way it happens is if someone holds it wrong. He proceeds to ask if I carried the box correctly. Seriously…that’s your customer service. I then asked him to redeliver the pizza and his response was that it would take too long so he wanted me to pick it up. I then asked for a refund since it seemed to difficult for them to redeliver. He said that was not an option. Excuse me?!?! Yes it is so I simply told him I would dispute the charge if he was unwilling to resolve. They ultimately agreed to redeliver after too much pressure from me. I ate the portion of the original pizza since I didn’t mind the toppings and my family waited for the redelivery to eat the rest. The delivery person took what was left of the original pizza and the owner called me complaining that we ate some of it. Due to the poor customer service, they have lost my business forever. I love to stop in Sabatinos because of the variety of pizza slices. The biggest problem I have is which slice to choose! All of the slices are delicious. Sabatinos is also our go to pizza when we are visiting my father's house as it is the closest pizza place to his house and one we can all agree on that is delicious. I came here to get my order from doordash I was wait 20 more minutes they worked every time for customer who had ordered but from delivery like doordash not this is crazy
