The manager of this location was hostile to me and made me feel unwelcome, all because I sat down for a few minutes before ordering. It was as though she though I was loitering with no intention of ordering anything. She also communicated very poorly when I asked for a restaurant-provided cup, saying the disposable cups were "all they have", which was not true. She then gave me a cracked cup that leaked and I had to request a new one. I also don't remember the bathroom doors being locked last year, but this time they were. We ordered a basic large pizza, but it took an hour for them to prepare it, which was quite frustrating. We even had to call them to remind them about our order. When we asked for an update, they eventually initiated the delivery through DoorDash. It's disappointing that we had to remind them and follow up on our order, emphasizing the need for improved customer service on their end.
