De beren is known as well decorated dutch franchise place and make comfortable to enjoy lunch, dinner or short timing. We enjoyed good appetizers. the service was quick and friendly., great location in Gouda, also with plenty parking. Prices for some items in the menu could be quite expensive. I recommend their cesar salad. The appetizers good for sharing.

A very nice restaurant, great staff… never have I ever seen such attentive and nice service in the Netherlands. We were in a rush and went there on a Saturday, they were quite jammed but got us a table and did not take long to get our orders. The food and atmosphere was very nice as well. Much recommended. Excellent food, attentive staff, cool environment the perfect place for a lunch or dinner if you are passing by or visiting Gouda. There is also a great free parking lot in front of the restaurant shared between the restaurants around.

We've had a delicious dinner. The meat was very juicy and tender and the quality was beyond our expectations. Our favorite is the rib fingers. We will surely come back for those.

The chicken and waffle Burger was really good but the loaded fries weren't very loaded it was kind of like a bowl of fries with some ingredients on top.

Fantastic staff. Great food. Me and my wife was here on 1 January 2023. The manager was very friendly and spoke English and German that was a great help and we were able to see the menu in English. The food was very good. This place is a must if you are close by. Great food great staff. What more can you ask for? It’s a chain restaurant - a rare thing for The Netherlands. The interior is just wow, be prepared, you will see a lot of bears everywhere :D Friendly staff, rich menu. You will see KFC from the window, no need to worry - they also have fried chicken :) We ordered some tapas and was delicious. Cozy and warm atmosphere

I was quite skeptical about this chain restaurant, but at least this branch surprised me positively. We ended up here because of the kids. It's probably recently renovated or built within the last few years and it feels rather nice. We sat in the couches which seats 7-8 people. Food was better than I thought and the staff was very accommodating.
