Awful service. Our server was rude and not attentive. Our appetizer came out about 10 minutes after our meals. We had to ask multiple times for one item. We were given the incorrect check. And then she tried giving us a check with an entertainment fee when we didn't even have the little kiosk thing at our table. Food was just okay, nothing good enough to go back for. Extremely disappointed as we love going to Red Robin but the Brentwood, MO location is terrible! I guess there's a reason why there were only 4 other tables there. The only issue we had here was there was tons of open seating but they wanted to make us wait 30 minutes at least so the kitchen can catch up? Sounds like terrible kitchen management or just lazy staff. Short staffed? Nope. Everyone was moving so slow in the back and looked pissed off at everything. Probably won't be back here for dinner. **Revisit Feb 29 2024** Worst service ever! Food was amazing but not one refill, and MANY other issues. Can you say STELLAR customer service?! I placed an order for curbside on the website. Some weird way it was canceled. I called the restaurant and they confirmed it was indeed canceled due to an issue with card payment. After speaking with the General Manager she suggested I come in to remedy the situation and place the order again. Of course, I didn’t want to have to go in but when I got there I was received well and taken care of quickly. Upon some digging a gift card that was attached to my account seemingly glitched causing the order to cancel. The GM took care of making sure I received the gift card credits. My order was reviewed and received promptly and accurately. Everything was hot and fresh. Customer was definitely the focus and I truly appreciate being treated as a respectable person and paying customer. Thanks guys for your focus to quality customer service. I have been to location a few times and really hadn't had an issue. Yesterday I ordered carside to go. I got home and tried my impossible burger it was crumbling. I opened up the bun and saw the burger was under cooked. It was pink throughout. I called the restaurant. The lady that answered said she was the manager. I explained what the issue was with the burger. She asked did I ask for it to be well done. No I expect for my food to be cooked though. She told me it's made from plants so I wont get sick. That's not the point I came for cooked food. She told me they were about to close so I can come get a remake tomorrow. I called today and received the run around. The employee left me on hold over 20 mins. I called back in. She said they were short staffed and she would try to get the manager. I'm very understanding but she should let me know what's going on. The manager comes to phone. I explained to her I had a car side to go order yesterday evening and my burger was undercooked and the manager told me she would put me in the book for a remake. The asked who did I talk to. The manager told me she the only manager and she was off yesterday. Like I'm lying to get free food🙄. I didn't get the person's name but I'm in the book. She finally looked in the book and sent me to someone to take my order. Instead wasting time asking who did I talk she could've just looked it up. This kind of service makes me not want to come back. My husband and I took our kids out to eat for a special day. We chose Red Robin on Dale ave. It was not busy but when we walked in the hostess rolled her eyes and sighed. We instantly felt like a burden and uncomfortable. We asked for a booth and she told us no, but then proceeded to seat 3 other tables after us in the booths that she refused us. Our waitress was ok but we had to wait a really long time for our food. We spent over $100 and left feeling unsatisfied and upset. The same rude hostess was sitting at the front rolling her eyes at us again as we left and never said another word to us. She really made our entire experience negative. I regret not speaking up at the time and staying. We normally love Red Robin but I don't think we will be back - at least that location. If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. The service was friendly but the overall efficiency and competency of the entire staff was mind blowing. Each drink came out separately, 10 minutes apart. I ordered a gluten free burger because of a severe allergy, not just because, and naturally it came out with a traditional bun. Had I not known what the visual difference was between the buns, it could have been very dangerous medically for me. It took a cool 40 minutes for a side of campfire and when it was FINALLY time to leave, the check was wrong. The manager cited he couldn’t fix it, the waitress had to. Not one lick of urgency or competency was in sight. My five year old could have done a better job. Under no circumstance would I recommend this location. None. Our server was great! She actually got my order wrong, but she ensured i get the correct one quickly. It was late and there was a cold snap when we went, but she kept exceptionally cheerful and positive. The only thing we didn't appreciate was chairs on top of tables already like the restaurant is closing but it wasnt 9pm yet. Veterans Day, the hubby and I met while serving in the Army, so Veterans Day is extra special for us. T (Like the Letter) is a fantastic server. She is quick, attentive and efficient. She knew what I needed before I did. The free cheeseburgers and endless fries were the absolute best. So yummy! We got orange cream sodas and they were ok. It’s just orange syrup in sprite with a blob of whipped cream. Nothing wrong with it, just not my jam. Everything was clean, including the bathroom and it was pretty busy in there. The server was excellent. He was very attentive and helpful. The whiskey burger was not as I wanted. I thought it had bacon on it, but it didn't. The strawberry milk shake was super tasty!! I have had Donatos in several cities so I was excited to to one in my own city. Red Robin needs to stick with burgers because the pizza was terrible. I was completely disappointed to order over $180.00 worth of Pizzas and they were all burnt! They burnt the cheese and crust and no one wanted to eat them. Doordash only gave me a $40 refund but I'm still out $140 for burnt pizza. It was so bad I had to reorder from Pizza Hut . Food: 1
