This is what well done No pink looks like here - look close this has raw parts - see pics Tried this location again and was a mistake. See the pics; where’sthe bacon? When I called I received no help to resolve the issue! Even when I offered to bring it back! Spend your money elsewhere They messed up on my order and I took pictures to show they forgot the fries, my chowder was a half cup, and the fish was soggy I contacted the manager and she was no help nor did she care. We love this Red Robin's, we go here all the time and the staff are such kind and caring waiters and waitress. The atmosphere is excellent and the service can be long but they are very friendly and they bring fries to help the wait. Sadly, this restaurant is going from bad to worse. My last 3 visits have been very unpleasant. The waiter takes a while to serve you. They take their sweet time to serve you water. When they serve you, they give you burnt sweet potatoes. The dessert I ordered, the oldest chocolate cake they found with cheap ice cream and chocolate. muddy everywhere oh and they don't even give you cutlery or napkins. A safe bet for decent gluten free burgers 🍔 Staff is often shorthanded and stretched too thin. Please have more people on shift for better service and morale for your employees. Went with a larger party (6) the food was what you expected. Our service was unfortunately not good at all. We had a server that I hope is new because that is the only explanation for the terrible service. She did not refill our waters until we were nearly finished with the meal. Did not come to check on us at all until we had flagged down another server to help us because it had been over 25 minutes since she had come near our table at all. Did not offer any refills for botemless drinks or sides and overall did not speak much at all. Honestly maybe she was nervous which I understand but it was a seriously awkward conversation the entire time. On top of not coming to see us for such a long time, and we couldn’t flag her down because she wasn’t even near our section or would not look in our direction. This red robin is very inconsistent with their quality and presentation. I always get the whiskey river bbq burger. It has come out picture perfect or lets just say no where near that the next time. Either under cooked fries or over cooked. My bad review is for the kids mac and cheese. We ate in and I ordered the refill to go as we have done many times. After arriving home I saw how they sent it. Boiled in a plastic bag!!! Not even transferred to the to go container. In the actual bag. My child was so upset. And now HATES red robin. Bummer as there isn't many places she actually likes. This is a delayed review as I just remembered while trying to figure out where to go for her upcoming birthday. We had a wonderful experience dining here for dinner. The staff was very accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious. One minor issue we noticed was that the beverage menu didn't include prices, which made it a bit challenging for customers to check on pricing. If I could make a 0 star rating I would. I placed my order through the app, 3 meals and an appetizer. It said it would take 40 minutes. I arrived about 45 minutes later and then waited another 15. That was fine, I understand places get busy. Not a real issue. I then drive home with my order and the egg on my daughter's burger is raw. The white part is not fully cooked. I requested crispy chicken on my wrap and it is grilled. I also paid extra for avocado so imagine my suprise when the avocado is brown. I pulled it out of the wrap and the entire avocado was brown. No green to it. I then drive back to have our food remade and 'just to be safe' they over cooked the egg so it is not over easy at all which is the point of the burger. I told them I did not want it over cooked or under cooked. I wanted it to be correct and that is all. I ordered my food at 7pm. It is now almost 9:30 and I am just getting home to finally have dinner. While I waited I began typing this and the manager decided to look at my phone and ask me if I was documenting this. I said, I am writing a review on Google. So then he wrote his name and associate manager and put it in my bag. Not sure why but his name is Colby. I will not be returning to this location. The second to last picture is the new egg. And the last is all of the brown avocado.

We recently ordered To go from Red Robin from Bothell Everett Highway. order was ready on time and curbside pickup was so quick and helpful. Burgers and sides tasted good. My family and I love coming to RR. This location is the one we mostly frequent. Service is good for the most part, it can depend on how busy they are. The food tastes great and we love bottomless fries 🙂 This time we had crispy chicken salad and my burger was Mad Love. We also have Red Royalty rewards and appreciate having a free entry on a birthday and earning 1 free entry after 9 paid entries. That's so cool 😊
