This location is terrible. As soon as we sat down I knew it was all bad. The table was very sticky And the menu was wet with something sticky. We ordered stuffed mushrooms that came out in less than a minute and we're extremely soggy. The people next to us came in twenty minutes after us. They received their food way before us. We waited 45 minutes after the appetizer. My wife's steak was way overdone her shrimp skewer Was so overcooked and sat for so long she could not get it off the stick, not even with a fork. She said it was like eating rubber bands. My steak was nowhere near done, so they sent it back to cook again and it was as dry as a good year tire. My broccoli tasted as if it had been bathed in seafood. Needless to say, when we got home, she puked up her entire meal. This place is a major red flag. We came for dinner, it was a 40 minute wait seem longer. Then I noticed when we got seated they are short staffed that's why it was a wait when I say they all worked together it was amazing with the team work they had tonight! Austin was or waiter he was the best!And another guy who was helping him was wonderful also!! The food was great. Our waitress was outstanding. Red Lobster isn't cheep anymore. We each had a drink, one appetizer,, and main course. $170.00 You can only go for special occasions now. I know the price of food has gone up, but...this is a chain restaurant. And don't get a steak! Why would there be a wait of over an hour with hardly anyone in the restaurant? This happens TOO FREQUENTLY. I just saw at least 20 people walk out of your restaurant without being seated or served. Doesn't that compute to PROFIT LOSS? Please do better. Service: 1

Worst experience ever! Waited so long for a table. Waited forever for our food. The table next to us was dirty the entire time. Was very unpleasant looking a dirty table the whole time we were waiting to have dinner. The Mens bathroom was disgusting someone had explosive diarrhea all over the only stall with a toilet. So nobody wanted to clean that. Along with the table that was never cleaned. Waiter never really came to check on us. My visit at this location was not a nice experience. Very disappointed.

I was craving seafood and decided to go for the endless shrimp. I tried all of the shrimp options and was disappointed by their shrimp menus. Their crispy dragon shrimps were doughy and overly sweet. Their tequila lime shrimps were very salty. Their coconut shrimps were worse! 3 of the 6 pieces were dry and hard to swallow. The only good thing was the server was nice and friendly. However, I had to wait quite a long time for my food even though the place wasn’t very busy. I gave them 4 stars because of the server.
