Did an online order. Was told to pick up at 4:25. At 5:18 which is nearly an hour after told to pick up our food I still just got the food. They continued to say they’re waitressing on the biscuits. Meanwhile $40 lobster A fish dinner and steak sit in a box gathering humidity and getting cold. No sense at all there! Not the 1st time I’ve had an issue with them being slow. It will be the last time as I will never come here again and suggest everyone find one of the many other places here to eat at. Especially if you don’t want to wait over an hour for your order! I don't visit my local Red Lobster anymore, mainly due to the long wait time and poor service, but this one of of my usual vicinity was very nice. You could tell by the clientele that this was a popular spot and one couple even told us that it had improved with new management. Sometimes, the people is all it takes! The food was good... The worst food I have eaten in years . I ordered shrimp pasta it tasted like noodles and sauce no flavor whatsoever. I also ordered curbside and no one came out I had to go inside and pick up. I'm going take this review one step at a time. But, I can't emphasize the lack of professionalism throughout. I did sit at the bar which I understand is not really a bar area, but whoever the bartender was kept walking away and every time an employee walked by I would ask for something they would go get me someone else. I did order the ultimate feast but the guy taking my order confused me. I did like what I got, but not really what I wanted. I never did get the biscuits because they weren't ready till I finished my food. Since I got a variety of items with the ultimate feast, I could tell the timing of each wasn't done properly. Some items were burning hot while others were Luke warm. Cash out process was a whole other problem and to be honest I probably tipped more than I should have. I would dare say management needs to train on not only proper etiquette for the employees but also cooking and having biscuits prepared. We had a 5:45 reservation for a party of 8 on January 30th, but were given no advance warning of a staff shortage when we were seated. While this location was not excessively busy this visit, it took 2 hours for any of us to receive our food order. Several of us ordered the Ultimate Shrimp but because of the wait time no one was inclined to get more than the initial order brought to us. The temperature in the location was colder than the outside temperature which was in the upper 40s that night and made the dining experience that much more miserable. At the end of dinner, nothing was even offered to be comped or reduced to a regular menu item due to the excessive wait time. While our server was as fantastic as she could be, quite frankly this entire experience sucked!! The servings are never the same anymore, less for your money Visited again on 2/20/22 This lunch was ok. Started out wonderful but ended mediocre. The Admiral's Feast platter was skimpy; if the food will be like that make the platter dish smaller to make the dish look desirable. My son also found plastic in his Shrimp Alfredo. Our server was nice and pleasant. Visited again January 13, 2024 We enjoyed our lunch. Lukesha was a cordial and prompt server. She was excellent.
