Great service, strong drinks, and very tasty food! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Pros: Service was prompt and our food arrived quickly. Cons: We had one chicken (16$) and one beef (25$) mofongo. Both were extremely over-salted almost to being inedible. The chicken came with a red or garlic sauce (which was chosen) and was clearly just a ton of olive oil and garlic salt. So, so much salt. A little salad came on the side of the plate but was literally only two bites. We were very disappointed in our meals. If I have one adjective to describe SAD. The food is not flavored, greasy and poorly cooked. All the meat dishes were dried out. The salad was dried out and brownish accompanied with a sad tomato. The plantains were the one shining spot. The service was equally as SAD. It was slow. The atmosphere until the other places on the strip is dated and a little dirty. My party had the pleasure of sitting next to the trash. Also, the place was SAD with no music or vibe. Oh the bathroom was clean. I will give them credit for a clean bathroom. We ended up here because all the other places on the strip were booked. I would skip this place even if this your only choice. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
I usually try my best to be fear when rating any place and considere their food (or good being offered), service and location. This place is definitely over rated! Food was flavorless and service quite poor!

Just a short walk from the beautiful waters of Isla Mata La Gata you stumble upon numerous locations to have food. I was here for two days and had food from 3 different places and this one was worth the review amongst them all. The food is tasty, service was speedy, ample space to sit and eat and parking outside. For the area this is authentic Latin food although nothing hits like San Juan, you just try to find options close to that. The Pina colada was tasty, the chicharron de pollo was as well with fresh rice and beans. The pork chop was a bit dry but worth it for what you’re paying here…..it’s not a date spot but more so a spot to fill up at a great cost after the beach and it deserves a good review.

Disappointed in this place for the following reasons: 1. Staff seems unhappy to be here. 2. Found 2 hairs in the Tres Leches 3. There was an older lady who might be the owner or manager? I assume this cuz she was wearing heavier make up than others and was standing around the staff with hands on her hips, and would occasionally help. She did not smile once and she was blocking the way to the bathroom. And when I needed to pass, I said excuse me twice and she barely moved. Really confused of her role there. But she also didnt seem happy to be there. 4. Food mediocre. 5. Paid $60 for 2 after 2 meals plus drinks, tres leches with hairs, tax and tip. Would not come back here. i visited here as a tour stop..food was perfectly seasoned(pork chop w beans n rice). my service started off mediocre, as all other guests were asked and served their drink requests prior to receiving their meals. I noted my missing drink to the waitress when my meal was delivered..still no drink. I had to catch a waiter's attention to finally be served and he was apologetic and expeditious, thus the 5-stars. AND the ladies restroom was very clean and stocked.
The food was fresh, the wait was minimal but, we felt rushed by the waiter who was talking way too fast in English and Spanish. Great place to shoot some pool, listening to music, and have a few drinks. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
What a beautiful experience to have gone to this place, what a warm atmosphere and very friendly people, we took advantage of a tour of the luminescent bay something that I had never seen, I was impressed by the brightness of the water in contact with something that made the glow appear, without a doubt something that everyone should do when they go to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
