Mom loves the wings in the deli no problem on Saturday walked in grabbed a box and out! Sometimes the lines are extremely long but it's worth it!
They catered fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans for my birthday feed the homeless event. Things were a bit rocky at first but they got everything right! The manager Terry was awesome and I can’t rave enough about Trendy! She went above and beyond to ensure my needs we met and showed extreme empathy when there was a little confusion with the weight of my order. I cater this event every year so I have plans to return to this location and have them cater again next year. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend for you grocery and catering needs. 5 stars!!!
My experience with the cashier Sharita was terrible. She is a terrible example of an employee! The way I was just treated, I'm sure, is a terminatable. Customers are the reason this company exists! I'm spending money not begging!

Very friendly and well organized store the selection was great. I was able to get in and out with no problems. The store was a very safe and convenient place to shop.

This easily is one of the worst Publix stores I have ever attended in terms of customer service. Where do I begin…I had a sandwich made. No whole wheat bread, and the two half loaves I received were much shorter than a normal half loaf. The attendant that made my sandwich, Kimberleigh, was so inundated in her conversation with the attendant next to her (who was also making sandwiches, mind you), that I had to remind her of toppings asked for on multiple occasions, to toast my sandwich, and quite frankly, the two were more concerned with the conversation they were having than the sandwiches they were making. If that all was not bad enough, THERE WAS NO SELF-CHECKOUT. Absolutely inexcusable in this day and age, and the long lines would suggest that it was urgently needed. The express lane (10 items or less) which I was in was not enforced, as the woman in front of me had 20, with no repercussions whatsoever. An absolute disgrace all the way around and certainly an experience I wish to NEVER have again.

I recently visited Publix, and I must say, the experience was delightful. One of the first things I noticed was how clean the store is. It's evident that they put a lot of effort into maintaining a pristine shopping environment, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. The cashiers at Publix deserve a special mention. They were not only efficient at their job but also incredibly friendly. Regarding prices, I found them to be quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of products they offer. The produce was fresh, the bakery items were delightful, and the meat selection was impressive. It's a case of getting what you pay for, and at Publix, the quality certainly justifies the price. In conclusion, Publix stands out as an excellent grocery store choice. It combines cleanliness, friendly service, and quality products at fair prices, making it a go-to for a pleasant shopping experience.
Kimberly in the deli has a really bad attitude. Went to get a famous Publix sub made and Kimberly she was all but polite. Her tone was very snappy, as if she was being inconvenienced by the need to make sandwiches. No greeting, no smile..nothing pleasant about my interaction with her. She even put honey mustard on my sandwich when I didn’t request it. I agreed to keep it and try it to prevent more attitude in making another sandwich for me. Each ingredient topping seemed to be an annoyance to her which was shown in the way she grabbed and dressed the sandwich. Her body language spoke loudly. Granted it was the week of Thanksgiving and they’d probably been busy but let’s not take that out on customers. Customer service is not her strong point.

The cashier was kinda rude. She really didn't want to check me out. When I had a price question... she walked off didn't say she would and just came back to stand at the register. The manager who assisted, is the reason for the 3 stars!! The manager and lady bagging my purchase were very pleasant. I thank them for assisting me. Cashier you may need some time off.

Ramya cashier at the 10 items or less line was pleasant and very efficient. She handled a big line and kept things moving.. was even bagging everything as she went. Amazing experience, she should be recognized. Fantastic job!

This location is usually one of my two choices when shopping at Publix, but my last experience will keep me from returning. I purchased a pull-a-part cupcake for my son's birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, it was sitting on a rack, outside of a box. My assumption was that it was just made that day which was no big deal, or so I thought. Before we even arrived to the location of my son's party, the icing starting creating holes in the display. There were a total of 3 holes (two can be seen in the photo and one under the candle) and more that looked to be forming. I called Publix to ask if they would fix it and was told no. They said, once the cake (or cupcakes) are gone, that's it. Someone said that when Publix makes your cake(s), they freeze them, I assume mine was never frozen since it was sitting on a rack as mentioned before. My son's cupcakes ended up saying "6th Birthday" Happy was completely gone by the time we sang happy birthday.
