I don’t live near this store, but wanted to buy something at the deli meats when I was in the area. Jeremy treated me very poorly, assuming that I just wanted something free that I fully intended to have bagged and pay for. His disdain shown, even after that was made clear, was unbelievable! I think he’s been there a long time, and I see that I’m not the only one who experienced his attitude. Might want to address that.

Horrible service, got kicked out doing instacart. Had a 44 items i had selected 39 items and had 5 more items to Acquire, mind you a employee was helping me get my items, then the manager very rudely kicked us out for being 10 minutes past close. Although i wasn't aware of the closing time. Instacart gave me the opportunity to still do it. Even though the shop time showed a hour and half, even tho i was 5 items away from being done. This is extremely frustrating the fact that i did all of that work just to not get paid. The employees was understanding and very helpful the manager was as ruthless as a dog. And had no compassion for the fact that i was just doing my job and no care that she had screwed me out of my paycheck.

This is my go-to grocery store. They usually have a free apple or banana for little ones while you shop. I also love the Starbucks they have in-store. Fuel saver points add up quick and work at the best local gas station chain (QT).

Jeremy at The Deli counter is a trip ! Yes he’s rude and easily flustered. Probably doesn’t wash his hands well or frequently enough. But I always get what I ask for . It’s like going to New York without going to New York. Nothing like paying more for everything and being insulted. 5 stars or maybe none !

I like the drive thru pharmacy and they are friendly with me and my dog. They always have a dog treat at beginning of the transaction and the end. Kudos to the staff ⚕️

Honestly had the worst experience I've had in a grocery store probably ever. The staff are extremely rude and lazy. Short of one staff member every interaction I had with an employee here was horrible. The deli staff seem to be uneducated on the product sold in their own store and, will direct you to the pre-sliced meats instead of just cutting the damn meat for you. If I wanted the pre-slice I would get the pre-sliced. I came to the counter for a reason, on top of that they don't even know the codes for the items. The cashier's are even worse. They are bully's. If you don't do everything the way THEY want or put product on the conveyer In a fashion they prefer they have no problems telling you why it's wrong. On top of that the short woman with short dark hair will attack you if the self checkout makes a "noise" like okay idk I don't work here...you're supposed to be helping ME. The one good experience I had was in the seafood dept with a middle aged man with an accent. He was the most pleasant person I had spoken with and was extremely helpful in grabbing product for me and explaining prices and the difference in what was in the case vs. the freezer.

This place is on point 👉. Spot on people. Called Hy-Vee and asked for some Christmas meals they were busy and said. No. Called Pricer and got a name to ask for she thanked me and said " MERRY CHRISTMAS ". Can't say enough food was worth it. I'm one person who bought 2 meals. Variety and was so, pleased. Warm, heartfelt, and caring ppl. Hy Vee is more expensive and less value for the money along with poor service, and I'm a burden to the staff. Found my new spot.

Went to the deli to get the fried chicken meal and was not happy with my experience at all. The customer service was awful and the way the food was being handled was gross. Jeremy who was an employee continued to call the customers “vultures” over and over again out loud for all of us to hear. While Robert was touching his face and other things then the food which made it extremely unappetizing as well as if you get your food handlers license you should know if you touch anything else you need to at least change your gloves.

This is a fairly new store. Organic food, nice place to eat, inside and outside. Employee's are friendly and everyone seems like their in a good mood. Standard departments.
