You get what you pay for but this place has some of the highest quality meats I've ever found. Once in a while you get a super good deal. I love checking out the seafood selection and the cooked meals. Definitely a good variety of stuff if you need a quick homemade meal like baked ziti or spaghetti or chicken wings. Good food and stuff you won't ever find on the shelves at Walmart. Huge selection of all different spices and dressings and beer too. I like shopping here for some things.

The cashier messed up and took too much money off. One of my cards. Put it all back on and then could not get any money off the card so then I ended up having to find another way to pay. The associates did nothing at all to help.when it was there associate that messed up the order.

Cart attended Patrick swearing in front of children. And slamming carts around. Been doing this for years. Why is he still allowed to do this!? He's got to go pronto!

I was sick for awhile and was not able to eat. I finally got some of my appetite back yesterday Oct 14 so I head to price chopper to get some things. First thing on my mind was a turkey sandwich so I grabbed a package of turkey only to find out now it was passed the sell by date. I no longer have much of an appetite. Completely disappointed. However the gentleman that cashed me out I should mention was extremely polite and did a great job all around.

Attempted to purchase Seagrams, just to be told no due to my out of state license saying under 25 even though I'm 22. There seems to be a need for people who can read to work here.

I sent my girlfriend to the store to get snack and she was only gone for about 15.mins tops and even she knows to grab ice cream products last. I had her grab a box of Crave Sunday Crunch Ice Cream Bars and every single one of them are melted and grossly refrozen back at the bottom of the stick into a large red lump in the wrapper . Completely ruining my buying experience because all I see in my head is their employees just leaving products out carelessly because their lazy..what else is being left out of refrigeration or freezing ..ew

Good products for okay pricing. Some deals are great but some items you can find cheaper elsewhere. Same with the service, sometimes okay and sometimes awful. Policies are inconsistent and if they run into an issue they can't solve (even if it's just a register problem), they're okay with losing business (you not getting groceries). This is based on trying this store many times.
