I've been here many times and loved the spicy classic wings. Today, first time dine-in. They moved across the parking lot. Nice new interior. However, the lady kept refusing to give me a second ranch because they have a limit to only giving out one for each order. "But we only got one ranch, and there are two orders." "Your husband got a bbq sauce too". Wow, shock. Finally, my husband offered to pay for the second ranch, then she gave us the second one for free. I would rather they charge for the second one from the beginning instead of making customers beg for it. Not sure if this rule apply to this location only. And two things were wrong from our order. My husband side order was wrong and my wings were not spicy. The food and the chill strawberry lemonade are decent but too much negative to the experience.

I’m writing this review cos of my experience today.
The food is great. I’ll give it a 5star.
Some of the staff are great too at least I had a good experience with one last week when I went to get food.
But today the 15th of January, I went to get some food as usual (let me cut to the chase), I go in and this old lady looks like she was going to attend to me so I say hi (like form of greeting and like im here pls come take my order) , she looks at me and ignores me and my greeting, I say hello again, she stares at me, ignores me and moves to the computer, i state my order, she goes to pack it, then places it on the tables, pushes it forward and says “there you go “”and immediately turns her back and moves on to her business.
Now I wasn’t looking for a conversation or anything, I just want to get my food and go but she was giving very passive aggressive behavior and her customer service to me was unpleasant. Imagine it was black kid that went to get the food?

Old lady in the front needs to go. Acts like she doesn't want to help anyone. Has an attitude. Acts like being the front person is an inconvenience. Took a few mins to even acknowledge I was waiting to order.

I work in the construction field once I walked in they put sign on the door out of service for the restrooms and I walk to order food they yelled at me asking me what I want then as I'm ordering a young lady walks to the restroom doors and pull the out of service sign off the restroom door thinking I'm go take a #2 this place is horrible SMH
