Had a best server, but after a guy came in and said the dishes have to be washed, so he transferred all the food into boxes... Wow..... Service is suck
I just love that place! I always go with friends and have a great time here. Nice staff, good food quality, and drinks are absolutely phenomenal (not watered down)… having an Old Fashion is a must… I could be biased tho but Play Book gets 5 ✨ anyhow. Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes The Player Burger
Last Saturday night I went to this place to celebrate a friend's birthday party, everything was great ( service and food) however I would like to say that our server fail to mention when the check was brought to my table that gratuity was included. I know very often servers fail to mention it because customers may make the mistake of over typing(which was my case). A few hours later, I called the manager of this place to try to fix the total amount of my check, but I was told, "Nothing can be done about it." I wish I had paid more attention that night, but I also wish that employees of this place are more honest and make more of an effort to inform customers when gratuity is included on someone's check.
The bouncers and staff there are incredibly abusive and aggressive. We accidentally brought a water bottle from the previous place we were at and were met with a violent interaction where the bouncers grabbed my two female friends and carried them shoved them out of the building while they were trying to explain how we were trying to order a ride home. They did not care and didn’t even let us wait in the front to get our ride, and forced us outside in 1 degree weather. I tried to explain how one of my friends is autistic but they did not care and continued to manhandle my friends until the police came. They lied and said management was involved when they were not. This has been a discriminatory and abusive place where they take every chance they have to abuse their power Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty decent sports bar, with plenty of TVs and a pretty inviting atmosphere The noise level is enough to easily hold a conversation, and it seems rather family friendly The only real downside was that the service was a bit "odd". I went with a friend and the second we sat down we were handed menus and asked if we wanted drinks. Um, yes, but give us a second first? When we got our drink we asked a question about the wings, which she didn't know. In general she seemed a bit inexperienced, but maybe she was, or maybe it was an off night? Either way, the wings were good, if a bit greasy, and the margaritas we got were tasty, so I'll probably be back, if I'm in the area Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
