I called 30 minutes before they’re open and they cheerfully answer the phone and ask my questions. Thank you very much and look forward to eating there later today.

Its not that I dont appreciate the value or price, I will keep returning especially to take advantage of th 2-4 pm senior special priceing .
I enjoy a good salad bar of which this is👍desert cookie is good to which I request a glass of milk👍(not often known but freely available upon request 🤗...)
~some restaurants have certain offerings that others dont, one has jo~jo potatoes, others have waffle fries, some have both chocolate & vanilla ice-cream, some have cottage cheese others dont.
Some have daily soup offerings with/alongside the salad bars others don't. . .
The overly loud spiritual music can PLEASE! be turned down significantly . . .
~ I realize this is a Christian mission story company BUT until I was made aware by a first time guest I brought who pointed it out (style/volume of music) I just thought it, the music, was country not my choice but with the country motif I thought it was acceptable overwhelming ambiance.
I consider myself a Christian person but I choose not to have any pretuned Christian content on my car reciever.
--->SO THAT BEING THE CASE....<---
Could you please turn the too loud christianity overwhelming level down considerably to the level it can be heard and enjoyed by those who would recognize it as their choice of entertainment, But not the current level of intrusive interupting that makes my visits less tollerable.
I liken the intrusivness on the same Level as if you were to play RAP music or scream-o ! heavy metal music.
Two modes of entertainment that WOULD send me running for the door

Just went to the Pizza Ranch Champlin location on a Tuesday early afternoon. Overall, it was a solid 4 star experience. The service was very friendly, dirty plates were promptly picked up, and food was regularly replaced. 5 star service. The food that was available looked fresh and was good. The biggest downside is the limited selection of food. This is definitely not a traditional buffet. Your choices for entree are just pizza and fried chicken, with a decent selection of sides (mash potatoes, fries, corn, salad, etc) and small selection of desserts. I didnt mind the small selection, but some picky eaters might, if they didnt know what to expect. They specialize in pizza, obviously, and had good variety. Honestly, I didnt taste anything amazing and nothing compared to a typical delivery pizza, like Papa Johns. But again, I wasnt expecting that, either. This is all about value, and I got my moneys worth in value. My kids had no complaints (typical pizza and fries eaters), and they really liked that they could go into the decent sized game area, play some games, and then return to the dining area for seconds. My only recommendaiton would be to add another entree option (maybe something like hot dogs). I wouldnt come here without kids. But if I have my kids with me, then this is a very solid option for lunch.

Food was great but I was hoping to see more variety of either chicken or meatless options. Went here for my daughters bday and played in the arcade and won so much that it felt like both my kids' birthdays!!

I live in Arizona and visit family in the twin cities every year around the state fair. My parents suggested pizza ranch and am I glad they did. This will be a must visit every time I'm back in the cities. The pizza is great. They have about 5 different styles of crust and will make you any type upon request. I had them make me a bronco pizza which is all meat on skillet crust which i would compare to a pizza hut pan pizza style. It was delicious. They have cheesy garlic bread and surprisingly for a pizza buffet they have fried chicken. And the fried chicken is incredible, all pieces were super hot, juicy and a delicious fried skin to them. For dessert they have cactus bread which is a cinnamon roll type dessert pizza along with a hot cookie skillet pizza. The ice cream dispensers had some of the the creamiest, thickest best soft serve I've ever had. I walked out of pizza ranch super full and didn't eat anything the rest of the day. I would give this place 10 stars if i could!

Great service and extremely cleanly spot. Typical pizza ranch experience, with less flair on the walls than an average pizza ranch

The pizza was average. I ordered a mushroom and pepperoni pizza at the counter on thin crust. It was delivered to my table. The server was pleasant, but not inviting. I tried a few items on the Buffett, nothing really wowed me.
The bussing staff were constantly removing extra plates from the table, again pleasant and polite but lack hospitality and friendliness. Not trained on engaging with patrons.
Lots of kid families on Monday night, may want to go another evening if a dining room full of children is not your ideal dinner atmosphere.
The background music was contemporary Christian music, which was relaxing and refreshing but made the lack of staff friendliness even more noticeable, would expect a more “blessed and favored” demeanor and welcomeness.

This establishment is awesome. You can order your pizza to your choosing at the buffet. I don't argue it's the Best Chicken. The staff at this location is amazing. Also they have a game room for the kids to play. Definitely recommended.
