I order with another person in the app. There is no where to add extra dressing for the Pizza Hut Supreme Sandwich. So, I always call to let them know. Casey says, "that will be an added .71! I said I've never been charged because it comes on the sandwich I just need extra. I go pickup the order and a lady comes to the window and says she doesn't get why I've never paid. Again, I explain. She says they have "always" charged. I replied that I could assure her in a decade I've never been charged. I went ahead and agree since it's last minute and she hands me a much smaller container than I've always gotten. I said are you kidding me!? I let her know I know it's not her it's corporate but that I'd never be back. My business will always go to Casey's!
