Doordash botched an order and the new owner took full responsibility and made it right for us without needing any contact from us or the app. Which lbr usually you only find out your order is wrong AFTER you've received it and have to deal with CS. Correcting the platforms mistake and taking the time to get our entire order to us alone deserves thousands of stars, but I'll have to settle with a measly five.
