Group of five, we were lucky to get a free table. The place was full, a wee bit crowdy and that's my only complaint.
Food. I went for pepperoni pizza, to try some "americana" for a change. It was, according to my experience in Slovenia, No.3 best pizza so far. But you have to consider the No.1 and No.2 are from Italian owned/run/cooperated pizzerias. The ingredients were fresh, especially artichokes were a nice surprise. Pepperoni salami could be a bit more peperoney, a bit more spicy, but never mind. All in all even though it was a "mere" pepperoni pizza, iz was as delightful as a Margherita in Naples. Hats of to the cook.
But then I tasted the bbq-ed pork ribs. That. Was. Something. Else. Actually, I have never tasted anything so good, EVER, so forget pizza, forget diet, forget manners, next time we're going for pork ribs!
Pizza, drink, a piece of chocolate cake and coffe were 20 €, well worth every cent. I cannot recommend enough, but make sure you make a reservation - we were lucky this time. Also we didn't have problems parking our van just outside.
