I think that they have changed ownership a couple of times. The current owner is very stingy and give you very little amount of food for your money. They give a small portion and want to charge extra for everything. Also, the meat does not tasted fresh. I don't think that we will go back anymore because it doesn't seem like they value their customers very much. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
Pho Pasteur, our go-to place for fast, inexpensive, good pho. Nothing fancy, in fact, plain, almost dumpy, but the food is good. Bathrooms: eww (but kinda expected.) Service Dine in Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Don't listen to any reviews that are less than 4 stars, folks. This is the BEST pho place around in the L.A. area. Service is super quick, and the food is always fresh. The broth is nice and brown like it should be, not oily, and super flavorful. They are very generous with the meat, which has less stringy fat on it than most other pho places, and the noodles are thin just the way I like it and cooked to absolute perfection. Look no further! If you want pho, this is the place to go. Best part is that I live only 2 blocks away! How great is that? Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Big serving. Coffee (cà phê sua đá) is rich and flavorful. Spring roll is refreshing with lettuce and mint. I like the pairing with cucumber too. Northern style beef noodle (pho bac) has great ginger aroma. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ever since moving to Rosemead, this is my first time exploring Rosemead GEMS. Start your meal with this awesome plate of Vietnamese fried egg rolls. They're very crispy and comes in easy-to-eat sticks. I love the dipping so much. Feel free to wrap them with lettuce because Vietnamese food is always rich in veggies. My recommended main courses: - chopped chicken noodle soup - cubed steak over tomato-paste rice - grilled shrimp, pork, egg-roll over dried tiny vermicelli Not only looked appetizing on the menu, they're also super delicious and well cooked. THE NOODLE IS SO SMOOTH, RICE SMELLS GREAT and vermicelli is perfect to its toppings. The pork and chicken are extremely tender & juicy. I can't believe I'll find such awesome texture in the US (sorry Biden!). For beef plates, my server recommended "medium" level and it was PERFECT. !!DURIAN LOVERS!! Don't forget to order this MUST-TRY durian x avocado drink. I've never seen it elsewhere in the world tbh (even in Vietnam itself LOL) It's very thick & yummy because they use real durian and avo!! Stay away if you hate durian tho.. the smell is extremely lovely to a durian lover like me. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20

This is the only Vietnamese restaurant offers outdoor seating right now in our area. We have been craving for pho and bun bo Xao( Vietnamese noodle salad) for awhile. While ordering takeout is available everywhere, the take out noodle gets saggy by the time it’s delivered to you. So it was refreshing to have a place that offers dine-in with freshly cooked pho. We have been passing by here for many times and never had a chance to eat here. When we saw their outdoor seatings, we jumped on the opportunity. We went for their beef pho and Bun Bo Xao with pork. The food was fantastic and authentic. The bowl of pho comes in two sizes and I chose the large size. Eventually I couldn’t finish the whole thing, should have ordered the regular size pho. For the Bun Bo Xao With BBQ pork, the meat was amazing and tasty. The flavor is very close to the meats we had in Vietnam. The restaurant also has great drinks. Since it was over 100F degrees today, we ordered two traditional Vietnamese cold drinks. One was mung bean icy drink and the other was red bean with icy. The drinks instantly cooled us down in such a hot day. They also had delicious appetizers. We tried their shrimp beancurb skins. It was very tender and chewy at the same time. But it was not very crunchy as I had expected. Overall, the place has decent Vietnamese food. We would return to sample more of their food.

A horrible place to eat. The service was really terrible and the food was so bad that I couldn't even finish my regular bowl of Pho and the Spring Rolls that tasted like they were leftover from the day before. They mistook my order, but not before giving my reservation to someone else who came moments before my number was called. Avoid this place at all cost.

Out of all Pho noodle place, this is the best one especially when you order Pho with “Fresh Noodle” instead regular noodle. However you need to ASK to replace it; otherwise, they won’t do it for you. In addition, this place has “Fen Coffee,” the dripping coffee, which most Pho restaurants don’t offer any more due to time consuming and cost. I highly recommend anyone to try it. Peace and blessings...

Used to live in Rosemead for a while, and then moved away. But this is the place I miss all the time, and wouldn’t mind driving 40 mins to come back to eat just Pho once in a while. Service is so-so, the waiters are too busy to communicate w you, but you get low price with high quality food, I wouldn’t complain anything
