I forgot my earbuds here after eating in, called in and asked if they had them as we were already driving home(far away) and they confirmed they had them so I asked if they could hold them for me to pick up in a couple days and gave them my name and number. Yet when I arrived to get them none of the employees could find them even though they knew what I was talking about and where they had been. Extremely disappointing that $200 are down the drain because the staff could not uphold their promise. I left my phone number again in case they found them and then left. I havent received a call whatsoever after a week. Moral of the story, don't forget your stuff at restaurants and don't trust them to be truthful and hold them. (Pretty unfortunate to have a thief amongst your staff.) On a more positive note, the food and service was overall good, just a little slow. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Tried to do curbside can’t. Took the phone ringing constantly for for five minutes to get them to answer when I finally got my food, they were the most horrible people I have ever met. All of them should be fired. They shouldn’t be running a restaurant. Food was cold toast was burnt. The manager just plain and simple told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave, I will never go there again and anybody who asks me. I will tell them what a horrible place it was I even told them I was a secret shopper, hoping their attitude would change it just got worse. do not eat here!!!! all staff was rude and incompetent..the food was cold and nasty.. very understaffed…and the little bit of staff their was seemed to be half doing their job.. seen a waitress sitting on her phone eating while atmosphere was dirty and their were long lines on people with no one up front.... my chair and table was sticky and was food (whole pancake) in the corner of my booth… when talked to the general manager about my issues… degina refused to refund my meal (everything was un touched) i later called my bank to dispute my charges… i doubt this place will last another year Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
