The food is decent but my carbonara was more like pasta Alfredo. I can make it better at home and I’m no cook. I ordered to dine in and was served on plastic cafeteria tray with an aluminum foil take-away dish. Plastic fork. That was a big turn off considering I paid 20 plus dollars. Having traveled in liguiria I fell I love with the idea of a pastaria where you can buy fresh pasta at a reasonable price. I am so happy that the press opened in Boulder so I can get that experience without making it myself. Great pasta and sauces at reasonable prices. My nits would be an annoyance at having to use a tablet to order instead of talking to a human and the large quantity of plastic you get from typical order. Sometimes it’s so hard to find a place that serves a simple pasta and sauce. Especially a vegan entree. This place is magnificent. To go is easy.
