Service is very slow now with the newer workers and the manager does nothing to get them moving. They are all back there talking and laughing taking their sweet time moving slow while drove through line sits and people wait longer than they should for a soup and a sandwich inside also. It was not packed or busy- I waited at the drive through with silence for 5 minutes before someone came on the speaker. The tone was that of a young girl who really didn’t feel like being at work- “what else do you want- what else? What else? Anything else? Is that it? Ok.” She forgot to hand me my drink and forgot to include the apple in the drive through order for which I had to drive back and park and get out to get what was missing. The manager asked for my receipt again for proof that I asked for an apple. When I initially walked in and asked if someone can help me with missing items three people behind the counter looked at me with blank stares then continued talking to each other and ignored me after I asked twice if someone could help me. They didn’t even call the manager- the manager noticed me herself and came up. There used to be way better service here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Customer service was outstanding, however the restaurant was pretty messy. We had to wipe our table and chairs down. They did have many employees so it wasn’t due to them being short staffed . First time being do such a messy location. Food and young lady at the front made us look past the dirtiness. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service was extremely terrible and the store was really dark inside at 3:45pm. Neither of the two lady associates at the register knew anything about Panera's products or any specials. We got our order to go and no one let us know it was ready. After waiting 10-15 minutes and being passed by the associate three times we asked the associate at the order pick up if our order was ready and the guy said oh here and handed us a bag. This Panera used to have friendly service and smiling faces. The staff we always willing to engage you and seems interested in you having a good experience. Gone are those days. Now they don't even look up. My son pointed to the self order kiosks. I am usually okay with as an option but ordering at the counter should always be an option. They called the table number, I went up to collect my food and asked if this was my order. The only response was, "yep." I said thank you and he ignored me. An entire meal at a restaurant in which the only thing spoken to me was "yep" Unless they find a way to bring back the human touch, I predict this is the beginning of the end for this Panera. Not sure if the guy that was working the drive thru on this date 11/7/2023 at 6:53pm is the same one that pops up on the receipt Duane but it was a white older male who was completely rude and unprofessional we had ordered 3 bowls of chicken noodle soups once we noticed we received 3 bowls of broccoli cheddar soups we called the store to exchange the soups since we did receive the wrong ones and the lady over the phone was very nice and understanding once I made it back to Panera I tell the guy that we were given the wrong soups and had the receipt and brought the soups that were given wrong to us to exchange them the guy goes you ordered 3 bowls of broccoli cheddar soups very rude and I followed by telling him I have the receipt which says 3 bowls of chicken noodle soups we make it to the window I go to give him the receipt and he didn’t care to see it and almost throwing the bag at me as I was about to give him the 3 soups that we were exchanging he closed the window we weren’t mad that they made a mistake it happens but the way he handled that situation was completely unnecessary he didn’t even want to see the receipt like admit you had it wrong that’s it not say I ordered 3 bowls of broccoli soups when clearly on the receipt it says otherwise.
