What has happened.. They used to be so good. Not now. I ordered the chicken Cobb salad with green goddess dressing. I used to love it. This time everything is in big pieces. Instead of slicing or chopping the egg it was cut in half. Then the pieces of chicken were so long that I had to tear them in half. Same with tomato, big pieces. Are we getting so lazy we can't cut the ingredients. It wasn't just me as my friend said the same thing. The only redemption was the dressing. My husband ordered a sandwich. Hardly any meat and we had to open it up to see if there was cheese. There was but not very much. Come on Panera you used to be so much better. If this is what you've come to we won't be back. When you are having a bad morning and you decide that you need a pick me up and order breakfast for delivery to work, don't expect for your cup to be full or your sandwich to be presentable. Apparently since I'm not in the store, quality goes out the door with my order. Ordered a large latte, looks like they made a medium and just dumped it into a large cup, the liquid in my cup only came up to the paper sleeve. They have these new sourdough melts. Supposedly a "grilled" sandwich. It was more like they tossed it on the grill and immediately flipped it over, done. It's not the least bit grilled. I mean. The way our sandwiches were made was just embarrassing. The bacon avocado sandwich had a lump of avocado in the middle of the toast and the bacon was on top. So the sandwich had nothing on the rest of the bread! Just a lump in the middle! It would be better if the avocado was placed on the bread, after all, it was sliced. This was so terrible to eat as I had to open it and spread the contents around and there were only 2 items, bacon and avocado. The onion soup is a flavorless mush with a few croutons on top, and minimal cheese. My husbands steak and cheese sandwich was bland, and his mac n cheese was also bland as flour. This is so unacceptable for the cost of these items. Use spices!! Inspect how your food is served before it goes out!! And dont conduct interviews where customers are eating, its awkward for the potential employee and guests. Very unprofessional. The restaurant was clean and the service was friendly. Used to love coming here! Food is still usually great if they get our order right. Today 2 ppl dropped off food for our family of 3... the lady tilted the plate so far I said, "oops the soup is gonna spill"... she spilled it, didn't acknowledge it, super awkward. My husband asked the other lady helping if he could get a spoon for his soup, they both just walked away. Why is there a tipping option here? lol it's been years since we've experienced friendly service here, which is why we normally just do drive true but sometimes that can take 20min... at least the food quality is pretty good compared to other nearby options.
