Great place! Happy New Year 2024..! I came here 10-15 minutes before closing right on New Year's Day, December 31, 2023 at 8:10 pm. When I asked the cashier, a young girl, how much their baked goods cost, she told me the price was about $9 for one bag of different cookies. And another worker, a young guy who was behind me and swept the floor in this cafe, heard this and said that I could take these pastries absolutely free. Because there are 10 minutes left before closing and he told the cashier, the girl, that I could take it for free. Thank you guys - the young guy and the young girl cashier with glasses! The Manager Syed was truly one of the nicest people I have ever come across. I had my little Daschund dog and Panera does not allow dog's (only service dogs) Syed ran out as I was leaving and told me to come in and order since not many people were there. Poor and bad customer service, I came here with a group of people we order bagels and coffee, first, we asked the guys with the dreadlocks if he could clean the table we sitting (who was clearly dirty) and he said that it wasn't dirty and we could move to another one, so we did it because he wasn't going to clean the table, and then, he cleaned the table we were sitting before 🙃, then we went to pick up our food and there was a coffee missing, we asked the guy with the tattoos and he just gave us a random coffee without explanations and he just ignore us. I usually don’t mind Panera other than the prices but my experience at this location was really bad. I came in on a Saturday and it was filthy inside the ordering devices were sticky and many tables were not cleaned. The soda machine had no ice and half of the sodas were not working and we’re just carbonated water. My grilled cheese was good which is why I’m rating it 2 stars.
