Placed an online order for pick up after 7pm on a Monday. Two soups and half of a sandwich took nearly 40 minutes. I’ve been here multiple times out of convenience and they either always A.) forget the bread bowl or B.) are out of bread bowls at any given moment, which they never tell you about so you can request a refund or anything. Same thing happened tonight and they weren’t even going to tell us that they ran out of bread bowls. Thankfully my husband checked the bag and noticed before leaving. They couldn’t give a refund on the spot (🧐) so they took down my husband’s number. I’m sure they’ll call 😉 Got home to find out they gave us the wrong sandwich too. I placed an online order Monday, Feb 5 for heart shape cookies for a work event Thursday, Feb 8. I'm here now, after waiting for twenty minutes, someone finally calls my name and tells me he doesnt have the cookies. I'm mad that no one told me in advance. So this is a wasted trip and I have no cookies. The afternoon crew is unmotivated, slow and don't seem to care. All the person said was, I just got here at 2pm and I don't have anything for you. It's a shame, I've catered breakfast at my job many times in the past month. No more if this is how I'm treated! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We usually get soup and sandwich, and didn't disappoint this time either. Takes a while to figure out the menu, but the staff was extremely helpful. Was not impressed by the person washing windows while we were there. Seems there were too many customers in the area at the time. Left quite a bit of water on the floor in dining area and near the entry door. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Panera. Ordered rapid pick up for a small Mac and cheese and it took them over an hour. Estimated time was 20 minutes, when I arrive a minute early I then had to wait in the Panera for 40 minutes and watch the employees walk around in slow motion. No apology from staff either for the wait. Lots of angry customers. Should have had every meal comped for this amount of wait time. Ridiculous. Worst service; nasty and unpleasant! Didn't have sauce to make the bowl I ordered at 11:00 a.m. (obviously before the lunch rush started) so they just reported my app order as fulfilled, took my name off the board and left me sitting for over a half hour. When I asked what happened to my order the lady behind the counter said 'we're out of the sauce for the teriyaki bowls' and then just stared at me like I should just go away now. I said to her 'well I paid for it, so what are you going to do now', and she just ignored me. Fortunately, one of the food prep ladies heard what was going on and came to the counter and was very helpful and friendly and she offered to make me a different bowl right away and did. No one ever apologized or offered to explain why they took my order, took my money, and then just deleted my order without bothering to say anything. When the replacement bowl came up the original nasty lady put it on the counter and called out my name. I took the bag and walked away with her yelling 'Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!' behind me in such a tone and manner that it was quite clear she was really yelling 'F--K YOU! F--K YOU! F--K YOU!' at me. The whole time I was in the store I watched customer after customer with screwed up and missing orders and the nasty and unpleasant woman behind the counter and the 'food prep boss' behave the same way. We like this location and we come here often. But the entire establishment is dirty. There is garbage on the floor underneath and underneath Tha the counters. It should be better taken care of Wherever food is served, the place should be neat, hygienic and impeccable That’s what you expect from Panera Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
