My parents have a place in the hideout so it is frequent that we get food from here. The restaurant is huge tons of seating. We only get the pizza from regular slices to speciality slices. Pizza is pretty good per my wife as she is a pizza connoisseur. We are from New York both Long Island and the Bronx so we have had some of the best pizza around. Palermo’s pizza is doable and satisfies the crowd. The gentleman behind the counter are nice and helpful. Ordered a pizza, a sub, and a salad. Took almost 2 hours to get delivered. Everything was cold by the time it got to us. Disappointed. Don't know why places offer delivery if they can't deliver a even a luke warm pizza. I should have known better. I had low expectations from the get go. But it was somehow worse then I expected. ‘Calzone’ wasn’t much bigger than the little sauce cup it came with. Sauce cup was ice cold straight from the fridge. Paid $16 plus tip for takeout. Had been here a handful of times before for pizza which was your typical Poconos style ‘NY pizza.’ Not worth the $$$ Place is a tourist trap, sad for those of us who live here year round Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Six different entrées on our table, no one finished, we all took a home a box. We all seemed to enjoy the pastas, sauces and breads. Ordered before 6pm, happy hour, which diminished the bill. Had the buffalo chicken wrap and I have to say it was the absolute WORST wrap I have ever had. I picked up the wrap and the buffalo sauce was running out like a broken water pipe. Not even kidding. The chicken inside wrap was so soggy like it was marinating in the buffalo sauce. Yuck. The service might of been worse than the food. We arrived weren’t even taken to the table and were told to sit there and someone would come over, after 15 mins of waiting and no one showing up, we decide to sit at the bar. The bartender takes our drink order and we inquire about putting in a food order and she quickly responds “kitchen is backed up and that we would have to wait for an hour “ I guess it was a scare tactic, should’ve listened and ran!
