Let me start off by saying, Outback Steakhouse and all Bloomin Brands owned chains are usually incredible, and have great food, and absolutely impeccable service. This location, like a few others however, disappointed me so bad, that I had to unfortunately write a one star review just because of a phone call with the manager. The proprietor here, Mike, was, so to say, astronomically rude and impatient. I had a question regarding another location, and the whole time, his attitude was HORRID, and he just seemed impatient the entire time. I have full respect for him, as a former member of the U.S. military, serving our country, but just the way he spoke and his attitude was just absolutely horrible. To make things EVEN WORSE, he literally (maybe pretended to) proceeded to “take in another call”, when he said “Outback Steakhouse this is Mike how can I help you”, with me still on the line. I am almost 100% sure that was just a silly excuse to get me off the phone, because I know for a fact that you have to disconnect the previous call(s), before you pick up the next, and randomly hanging up when someone was still on the line is absolutely disgraceful. Like hanging up randomly is already horrible, but taking in, or pretending to take in another call while another customer is still on the line, is taking disrespectful, obnoxious, and absolutely disgusting behavior to the next level. Again, I absolutely love outback as a chain, and I hate blasting locations. Absolutely NO OFFENSE to ANY OTHER locations or managers. I don’t even blame the staff at the restaurant, since I’m sure that all the other staff are great here, but the proprietor is here something else, at least on the phone, so much so that I had to write this review. Service wise is 2 stars ONLY BECAUSE the staff member Jack was friendly and efficient, Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

They stepped it up! Hooray! A few years ago, the quality just was not there at this location. It used to be a regular place to dine for us. We decided to give it a try again and are delighted!! Food (ribs, fries & rice + table bread) was good. For someone with a dairy allergy, like me, the menu options seemed limited since most items had butter or cheese or both on them. I wasn't comfortable asking for items to be made differently in this restaurant. I'm not sure why, just a feeling. All the tables have a hanging light over the table which was too bright and too low. Six of my husband’s family members flew to California to stay with us over Christmas break. We made a reservation for a party of 14 for Saturday December 30th at 6 p.m. Our server was right on it as she greeted us with her name as soon as we were seated and took our drink orders very quickly. They were able to seat all of us at the same table and the service was friendly and efficient. We did not have to ask for refills more than once, as our server noticed whenever our drinks needed refilling. The menu pricing was fairly reasonable (except for the $48 per person per plate price tag for a salmon dinner, which I found to be pretty high for Outback) and there were more food options than what we had anticipated, in addition to steak (pasta, sandwiches, burgers, salads, soups, Mac and cheese and other delicious comfort foods and sides). I ordered the Bloomin Burger and it was cooked just the way I requested and was delicious. The sweet potato side was yummy as well! All 14 of us enjoyed our meals and my two daughters raved about how much they loved their Mac and Cheese and want to go back again! There are not a lot of healthy food options to choose from, but hey, I didn’t expect there to be at an Outback Steakhouse, nor was I disappointed by this, as I don’t mind a cheat meal every once in awhile. Great staff! I really appreciate an attentive and friendly staff. The food was yummy and the dessert was just as good. 4 stars only because my menu was filthy...I ordered a second menu and it was just as bad. Wipe em down please. I will be back though and revise my score if the menus are looking better. Clean menus this time. Thanks again!
