There we’re 6 of us that decided to come here after a hike. There was little to no wait and plenty of parking while other places in the area had hour+ wait times and limited/paid parking. This place does not have an ocean view but has a wide selection of delicious food choices. Our only issue was that we ordered a few burgers rare- medium rare and they all came out medium well - well done. To their credit, the manager came over and offered us several options for remedy the situation. Other than that it was a great environment with a full bar and wide menu. I would give it another try. Ollo = Memorable Mistake After raving reviews about the pizza and other dishes, we decided to give Ollo a try after a Malibu beach day. What a memorable mistake. - Pizza was misrepresented by our server, funky taste, and oily. - Server was inattentive, avoided our table intentionally, and didn’t provide any solutions when bringing up concerns regarding food other than “Yeah that’s what I meant about the toppings”, and walked away. We never even knew his name until the end of the meal. - Drink server spilled cocktail drink all over the table. Granite, accidents happen but no efforts were made to replace the drink/address it following the incident. As well as, the table didn’t sit remotely level to begin with. The other cocktail drink we had wasn’t even properly mixed. - Bathrooms were unsanitary with urine all over the floor. - Manager (which who we never were informed his name), didn’t provide much of a resolution other than adjusting the bill for the cocktail drink. - Nearly every menu item is overpriced compared to surrounding market analysis/competition. To sum up the dismaying evening, we left the establishment hungry and disappointed. We won’t be back.
