Lesson learned... The home fries looked and tasted like they've sat all night absorbing grease like a sponge. Absolutely disgusting. Waitress cleared table and explained she won't charge me for the coffee. Can't compare to Pierce Deli!! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

We got delivery from Ollie’s this evening. I ordered a very berry salad. The salad is supposed to have strawberry blueberries, red onions, candy, pecans, feta, and I had asked for blue cheese dressing instead of raspberry vinaigrette And the side of grilled chicken for the top. What I actually got was a leafy green salad with no strawberries, no blueberries, no red onions, no candy pecans no feta and no blue cheese. The salad had bitter pieces of walnut, And dried cranberries in it, They didn’t give me my blue cheese dressing. Besides all of this, my children’s orders had fries on the side, five steak fries (5) a half burnt Burger and the other one Said her chicken sandwich was actually OK. If they don’t have the ingredients to make a menu item, they should take it off the menu or run to Price chopper, It’s only a few yards away. I was very disappointed. With delivery orders, just because you can’t see the customer, doesn’t mean they don’t exist. You can’t just throw whatever you want together and call it a meal. We were actually planning on coming here with a group of people on the 29th. Sorry that’s not happening, Wendy’s food is better and costs much less. It's been a while since we've been here and we were quite disappointed. Salad bar is reduced to bare minimum, and what was there wasn't great. All the soups were down to the last dregs, and when we asked if any fresh was coming out, our server told us "it's shift change". Ultimately she did go get fresh, and served it to my husband since it was part of his dinner. His dinner was another matter. Assorted seafood plate was fried in oil that was definitely not hot enough because it was only minimally brown outside, yet over cooked and grease laden inside. Food is great, ordered through doordash and twice was missing sides, when we called the resturaunt to attempt to just come pick up the sides we were missing we were spoken to like we're stupid and were trying to get free food. Twice this happened and we were nothing but nice offering to pick up the missing items ourselves. 60 dollar order every time we order but never again. We have been going to Ollies for over 20 years and this new manager is absolutely the most rude person I have ever spoke to. This is the third time we’ve ordered takeout in the past month and the third time the order was wrong. I ordered the Parmesan and crusted chicken Which comes over pasta and with a side. When my husband was placing the order, she said it came with two sides and I thought well I ordered the salad. What other side does it come with? He went to pick up the order There were the two salads but no pasta. So I called her and I told her there was no pasta and she told me you ordered two salads and I said well, where’s my pasta she said you didn’t order it and I said well it comes over Pasta and she proceeded to tell me that “ people”sometimes order it without pasta, I said, but I never told you I didn’t want the pasta I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager I was very appalled at her attitude and the way she spoke with me. I have had my Christmas dinner catered by Ollie’s for years. I have been working with Matt in the past. I never had a problem. This year I had Mike handling everything. I’m so impressed with his professionalism and kindness. I am sure he was very busy but yet he didn’t hesitate to answer my questions. I have since tasted the food and it is delicious!! I ordered the stuffed chicken breast! It was poor guality chicken tenders over a scoop of cheap and under cooked stuffing! The salad bar was disgusting! The lettuce was brown and slimy, the salad dressings were over laced with the other. The "Fresh bread" was touched by everyone...who knew if they washed there hands! Took my mom and sister here for my moms birthday, my mom usually goes a lot and likes it but this time it was horrible. Potatoes were not cooked all the way. Nothing was. And I spent $90. I should have complained and not even paid but it was a birthday gift for my mom so I wasn’t trying to cause a scene. But how do you mess up pancakes?! Still gooey on the inside. Hard potatoes, goopy pancakes, runny scrambled eggs. And the kitchen ware wasn’t even clean. Spots all over the cups and silverware. Also Never brought a drink I asked for. Went to Ollie’s twice in the last two months. Ordered a prime rib sandwich and salad bar the first time. Sandwich was gross and the chicken noodle soup doesn’t have any chicken, and had no flavor. I would suggest calling it noodle soup as it seems deceiving to advertise it as having chicken. Even the fresh pot they put in the salad bar had no chicken. Went for breakfast the second trip and the service was incredibly slow. My daughter’s pancake were burnt to where she wouldn’t eat them. They did bring her another order that looked lighter, but she said they still tasted burnt. Overall disappointing from a service level and incredibly disappointing from a food level.
