It has been years since I have been to an olive garden and this one was probably the cleanest/best kept one that I have ever been to. The food was great and our waitress didn't miss a beat...she really put a smile on everyone's face. Are waitress was outstanding! Would come here again. However when I checked in wasn't too thrilled with the hostess and telling me that my whole party has to be there before I can be seated especially when I told them they were on their way and I was told to get us a table. I felt it was kind of rude. Our waitress came and escorted me to the table instead which made me feel a lot more comfortable. Someone needs to teach the host of some lessons. Maybe my waitress could her behavior outstanding customer service should be more rewarded. Yesterday we tried coming here to eat and so we got there and the hosts didn’t even bother to say hello or a knowledge us, they were too busy in their own conversation, once I said hello they asked “how many”, I said 6 and they told us it would be a 50 minute wait. I pointed out that the bar was open(even though they weren’t full) and that we were willing to separate, and then they told us it would be a 2 hr wait. They just stood there and stared at us. They never even looked at any sort of list to maybe confirm that there was that long of a wait, or anything. It seemed as if they were coming up with the timeframes as they answered the questions. So we left. Absolutely not helpful what so ever. Terrible service. I would NOT recommend coming here if you want to enjoy yourself and have a meal. Not sure if it was that we interrupted their gossip time and were an inconvenience, or that they simply didn’t like how my family looked or what but we will NOT be coming back to this location at all. Simply put.. great food, wonderful server. Was a great visit! Weirdly enough though.. while our food was amazing, the thing that surprised me was the pita chips served with the spinach dip.. crispy but NOT hard like you'd expect. Was really good!! Olive garden is amazing. They have fantastic food I had the chicken scampi and it was delicious the atmosphere is quite lovely however if you want to be served quickly that is a problem because usually there's about a 20 minute wait because it is such a popular restaurant that it's always really busy. however if you can mind that for a little while the food is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant to go to for a special event, maybe a date night or just a quick little leave to ignore everyday problems. 10/10 Edit: Matilda (our server from the next time we went) was absolutely amazing, if the manager is reading this please tell her she did an incredible job and that she was very friendly! The food was fantastic and are server was excellent. He was verry knowable on the menu and had great recommendations. Drinks were good great place to enjoy a dinner
