My wife and I were there for a late lunch, and our service was A+++++. Our server (Greg) ,that we had made us feel very welcome when we got seated, during our meal, and when we were done and leaving. He really enjoyed our news about getting married on August 2nd of this year. Thank you so very much, and we plan on returning again. The service was amazing. Our server was very personable and friendly. The only reason I’m leaving a four star review is because we had to wait about 15 minutes and I hate waiting. Always a good spot to have a decent dinner. Super Friendly staff. Love the decorations and ambiance. I know it's "just an olive garden," but it's nice. I have only had to send my food back 2 times in the 10+ years I've been eating here. Breadsticks are typically great. Soup is good, I recommend the chicken gnocchi. The tour of Italy and the chicken Alfredo are my go-to's! There is handicap parking, and I do believe there is a button to automatically open the door. There is a bar, alcohol is available, and I've never ordered any here, though. Kevin H was our server and he seemed super intoxicated by his red eyes and slurring his words. He was not kind at all to my group of people. He seemed annoyed at everything he was doing so we didn’t ask him for anything else other than what we ordered. As we left, he also said to our faces “y’all people are so cheap”. We left him a tip we thought he deserved which was still a high amount for his terrible service. I wish I didn’t tip him at all. The food was great; his service though was just awful. We came here for a birthday celebration. Nick was our server and was seriously I think the best server I've ever had in my life! He was so helpful sweet and fun! He seemed very happy and made us have so much more fun just by his excitement! Also was so attentive and made you feel like you were his only table. At the end he sang happy birthday! He was great! Last week I went to this Olive Garden and had the best dining experience!! I had this lovely waitress named Sarah!!!! She was so kind and attentive and really went above and beyond. I was so thankful she was speedy with giving me my 7 soups (as part of the bottomless soups) even though she was clearly very busy.

Food is as good as I remember it. Heidi our waitress was awesome. She was attentive, stopped back in to check in, even when she was busy she would say I'm doing this and this then be back. She even boxed up our meals. Enjoyable experience and would definitely come back. Food and service were excellent! BUT - we made "reservations" HOURS earlier. Arrived, checked in, got phone notification that we could "see our place in line." For HALF an HOUR we were #4. Never moved. Young man checking people in tried to be helpful. Multiple parties arriving AFTER us were ushered to tables before us. We nearly left out of disgust with the poor communication. When we were finally led to our table, there were 4 other empty tables near ours. Other restaurants have "place in line" phone apps, and THEY WORK - as in, they are accurate, give you an idea when you might be seated. We stopped in on a Friday night, and it was pretty busy. They said it would be about a 15-minute wait, but fortunately, they got us seated in about 10 minutes. Once seated, our server was very friendly and provided prompt service! The food was served hot and tasted like you'd expect from any Olive Garden Restaurant! We got our usual dishes, and they were as good as always even though this was our first time at this Olive Garden. The atmosphere was as beautiful as expected! I love all the stone and charm that come with Olive Garden Restaurants! The manager greeted us and was so pleasant. It was a little over the top but she was putting in the effort and I appreciate that. If our server could of squeezed an ounce of that out it would of been perfect. She either had a bad day or is over the serving life. Regardless she was really good at her job. Just very obviously didn't want to be there today. All good food was great me and my daughter had a wonderful time can't wait to go back. Thank you.
