We gave it another try thanks to a gift card, but the visit confirms our last visit. The service is great and the servers take pride in their work. But there is just nothing exceptional about the flavors which do not compare to authentic Italian food and shares more affinity with premium prepared microwave meals in the freezer section. After a four-year hiatus from Olive Garden due to declining food and service, we agreed to go again after receiving gift cards for Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional and attentive service. Also, the entree presentation and flavor exceeded all expectations. Great work Olive Garden! We will be back soon. This was the first time we had ever gone before 4pm and I must say the food was out in a jiffy the server Empris was AMAZING literally went above and beyond! It was a nice family atmosphere but with the lighting a very personal experience as well! I got tortellini and grilled chicken with shrimp it was very good! The pasta was slightly over cooked but not mushy thankfully! My husband had the chicken parm with Alfredo pasta it was very good but he was most impressed with the soup! Went to celebrate my daughter's birthday! We only had dessert and coffee but it was the absolute BEST dessert! My new favorite!!! Raspberry sauce and powdered sugar covered square donuts from heaven! Service was slow and not even crowded...Silverware wasn't the shiniest.Asked for hot h20 to wipe off. We were only having soup and salad. Brought that food out, but no bread..Had to wait for bread.But..was good after all. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
