Always support local food truck and nice grill cheese with sourdough bread. They are open at 10 am now instead of 12 noon.

Pescadero Fair weekend we passed up the offerings within the fairgrounds and ambled toward the post office to check out the food truck. What good fortune that was. Made to order pulled pork and slaw sandwich and a fried egg sandwich with pesto and cheese. Both were delicious, fresh and locally sourced. My fried egg sandwich was generously slathered with pesto that tasted of fresh basil that was just snipped off the plant and mashed with pine nuts and olive oil. The egg had a beautiful deep colored yolk. The large sourdough bread slices were a great match for the sandwich. I wanted a second one! The pulled pork sandwich was made with care and equally tasty. Second time here and it was just as yummy as the first time. Beef stew was so tender and bursting with flavor. Friendly service. Seating available.
