We eat Oby’s often. They have a big variety, and there’s something for everyone in our family. Tonight, we got it ‘to go.’ We called back, thinking they’d left out part of our meal. Raven went above and beyond, even offering to drive the missing food to us so we could have the correct dinner. This exceptional service deserves a 10 star review! I went to Oxford for the first time and was looking for a place to eat and decided on Oby's. I ordered the fried chicken wrap that has lettuce, cheese, bacon and ham and it was the best wrap I have ever had. I ordered fries and my side and they were waffle fries and cooked to perfection, the seasoning, color and crisp was so good! I highly recommend this place, my only complaint was the charge for any dipping sauces. I ordered ranch and honey mustard, both made.in house and were good though. They had a huge variety of foods and I had a hard time deciding on something because so many things sounded good! I really enjoy this place. Huge menu. Gumbo was amazing. I will say the etouffe tasted watery and had almost no taste or seasoning. I can only imagine that is some sort of cooking oversite with the staff that night because I would think with how good everything else what that the original etouffe recipe is probably good as well. All in all a great place to eat.

I got the catfish poboy- fish was overcooked. $10.95 for a sandwich- the meat should be cooked right. Potato salad didn't taste good. $30 for 2 people to eat, and it wasn't even that good. Don't recommend. But the one in Starkville is really good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Line out the door at opening. Large menu with a variety of choices. Tried the rotel fries, club wrap and crawfish étouffée. All were good, fresh and flavorful. Service was great as well. Wow, what an incredible find. Went there by mistake, and decided to stay, as we were short of time. I had no idea what to expect, but the place was crowded, so it must have been good. This place is listed as a sandwich restaurant, but the menu had many options. I love jambalaya, and was surprised to see it on the menu, and it was a must order. I was not disappointed. The plate had big chunks of chicken and sausage. Very impressed. Ordering was at the counter, and went very quickly as they had 4 order takers working. Everyone was very friendly, and there was always someone walking by and offering to get you a refill. I will definitely go here again next time I'm in Oxford.
