Our first visit. I was impressed by the food. We both ordered a special, and both were wonderful. The Lobster and Shrimp Fettuccine had plenty of both and looked amazing, my companion assured me it was. I ordered the Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffee which took me back to Louisiana, without question the best Etouffee I have enjoyed north if the Mason Dixon Line. Our only regret is that with all the hype Nosh has received I was expecting more attentive service. Our server was almost nonexistent after placing and delivering our order. Our after dinner drink order was actually taken by a server other than ours (thank you btw), and the wait for our check was quite lengthy. I think the atmosphere is pretty nice even if a bit crowded, almost institutional in layout but I realize it maximizes seating potential. I felt the price was quite fair for the quality and authenticity of our fare. We will return for the food and hope for better service in the future.
