Hi, this food is authentic but unless you know Laotian true food, you will have to go and try more authentic Laotian foods in big cities like Dallas and others that have true authentic Laotian foods, then you will know. It is very hard to find these rare gems of an establishment, when you do, you thank God that he gave us such awesome cooks and owners who know what they are cooking. Way to go guys, the foods I've tasted are out of this world. I am saying it honestly and from my heart and not a paid customer. I paid for the food and yes, I've tipped too and have not been disappointed with the food I have received and eaten. Matter of fact, I've devoured everything because they are so good!!! My son wanted fried rice for dinner!!! So we stopped by Noi’s Food Truck & it was amazing!!! I had the combo #2 & everything was soo delicious!! Shrimp roll & egg rolls are sooo yummy!!!! They literally have the "Best Egg Rolls in town"! It was also my first time trying 'Mango Sticky Rice. 😋 I wasn't to sure at first when I seen the Mango on it, But everything meshes so well together, I'm obsessed now!! They have alot of other options as well & it's all so good. Very Fast & Friendly Service!!
