What a great selection of sweet treats (tortes, pastries & donuts). They also carry freshly baked breads, rolls and buns. The carrot cake is the best I’ve ever tasted. The cream cheese icing is not overly sweet and the cake itself is dense and delicious. The staff is gracious and the owner introduces herself and shakes your hand. Old fashioned service is not dead!! Let me start by saying I found this place on accident while at work. I must say I’m glad I found it. I stopped it once a week and fill up on goodies. From the picture below, you can tell many of them never make it home. I grew up in the Midwest and we take pride in our bakeries. This is the first place in the valley that reminds me I’m home. Rude overpriced liars! I've never been treated like these people treated me. There are better options that this hole. I'll never go back. Maybe they really are from New York, they certainly live up to the reputation. *Post Owners response: Since I found no other way to respond, I'll leave this. You didn't inquire as to what occurred, either publicly or privately so thanks for that. Look, the whole episode just infuriated me because of the unbelievable and utter lack of respect. Obviously not everyone you employ is like the young female that closed & locked the door, then closed the window covering on us over a half hour before your closing time on Friday 2/9/24 and offered no reason or apology. I simply wanted someone to know what does happen when they stop at your business. Apparently, not all of your people are as "sweet" as you think, at least when you're not there. I am disappointed that I had 10 items in my box and it was $45. Only the canolis were decent because instead of pulling them from the refrigerator that customers have access to, she went in the back and got the new ones just made. All other items were disgusting and I will never waste another penny in this overpriced bakery. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Change of ownership caused change of product. Bought 4 cupcakes for Valentine’s Day. They were not light and fluffy but heavy. Only ate one. They took out the coffee bar and there was hardly anywhere to sit. Floor was haphazardly painted pink. This place is not the same as it was before. Their major clientele are from Sun City and I know the seniors will not be coming here. Will not be going back.
